App State Students! Join CEL staff and the LEAD Fellows in community together and start your journey to LEAD YOURSELF! appLEADs is a co-curricular program designed to help students grow as ethical, engaged, and socially responsible leaders. Students participate in workshops, coaching, professional development, reflection activities, and community engagement experiences that strengthen self-awareness, leadership skills, civic literacy, and career readiness-- all aspects of the program are gone over at each Advance.
