You will have a hands-on opportunity to handle both percussion and flintlock southern mountain longrifles with an expert in the field, Johnny Walker. Johnny builds these rifles just like his ancestors did. A two time WV State Offhand Silhouette Champion will walk you through safety, load development, loading, sighting, firing and cleaning of old timey black powder rifles . Heavy emphasis on safety and ethics in the field . Bring your earplugs and safety glasses if you own them .
